> V2 Workflow Designer, GitHub Pull Request loader, redesigned UI, and PostgreSQL validation

This major update introduces the V2 Workflow Designer with a completely redesigned interface, adds GitHub Pull Request loading for RAG/vector search, and brings numerous UI improvements and internal architecture updates.

## V2 Workflow Designer

Replaced the legacy UI with the **V2 Workflow Designer**, featuring:

* Completely redesigned workflow interface
* Improved node organization and grouping
* Simplified properties panel UI
* Redesigned GitHub Action properties panel with icon support
* New dropdown menu components

## GitHub Pull Request Loader

Added **GitHub Pull Request loader** for RAG/vector search. Load and index pull requests from your repositories to enable AI-powered code review and documentation workflows.

## PostgreSQL Tools Enhancement

**Connection string validation** now available for PostgreSQL tools, helping you catch configuration errors before running queries.

## Team-Based Flow Selection

New **team-based flow selection** component on the stage page, making it easier to organize and access workflows across your teams.

## Internal Improvements

* Improved error handling with early return after step failures
* Skip remaining sequences after failure and update act status accordingly
* Simplified Act navigation UI and aligned status terminology
* Better run button logic with visibility control

## Bug Fixes

* Fixed inconsistent column names in studio
* Fixed import issues and updated tests
* Hide run button when no runnable items exist
